Dropcast is an SMS marketing platform for events. Businesses use Dropcast to collect opted-in contacts and send them text messages about events and drops. When we act on behalf of a business that uses Dropcast, that business is responsible for its own relationship with its contacts.

- Contact information that businesses upload or that fans provide when they opt in, such as phone number, first name, and city.
- Consent records, including how and when a person opted in, the wording they agreed to, and the IP address captured at signup.
- Usage information about how the platform is used, such as messages sent and link clicks.
- Account information for the operator who signs in to run campaigns.
How we use information
